The main living area is very spacious, open plan, and comprises of 2 x sitting areas with sofas, a dining area and a kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, and also a breakfast nook - giving lots of opportunities for you to spend time and make memories together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities you need for your stay including pots/ pans, utensils, all cutlery, crockery and glassware. It also benefits from a full size fridge/ freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is the laundry room which contains a large washing machine and seperate drier.
The main lounge area is very comfortable, and has a large Smart TV with Spectrum TV installed, and direct access to the pool deck.

The Master bedroom suite which also boasts direct access to the pool deck is a great size and contains a King Size bed and a good sized walk in closet. This room also has Spectrum TV. The Master suite also enjoys a fantastic en-suite bathroom which has his and hers sinks, a large tub, walk in shower and seperate wc.

There are 3 more spacious bedrooms in this property, two of which have Full/ Queen sized beds, and also benefit from Smart TV's.
The fourth bedroom is a Twin room with two beds.

The outside area is lovely and a great size, and the Pool here is a saltwater pool. The pool and spa are set out on a fantastic pool deck which has been thoughtfully designed to include plenty of space to enjoy the sun, and also a very welcome lanai for enjoying meals and some time in the shade. The pool area is set within the private garden belonging to the property.

This house is in the lovely subdivision of Orange Tree in Clermont, just off the 27 and conveniently located for getting to Disney and other attractions.
The community is very well maintained, and peaceful.

Pool heat can be added to your booking at a cost of $35 per day.
