One of the home's biggest highlights is the private southwest-facing screened pool and spa overlooking a peaceful conservation area. The natural backdrop creates an inviting outdoor setting for families who appreciate having scenery and added privacy while enjoying their vacation.

The southwest-facing orientation is especially appealing for guests who want to make the most of the Florida afternoon sunshine. Start the morning with coffee on the screened lanai, return from the theme parks for a refreshing swim, or spend a relaxing afternoon beside the water.

The adjoining spa provides another place to unwind. The spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

This vacation home is fully equipped, furnished, and self-catering. An initial starter supply of essential items is provided, including toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and one tall kitchen garbage bag.
