Everything was exactly as expected! The house was beautiful , Our only complaint was the pool , the water was freezing and water was semi dirty. We didn’t purchase pool heat thinking the sun will warm up the water but we were wrong , the yard is completely shaded , there’s trees over top of pool . So I will definitely recommend purchasing pool heat . Other than that we would love to rent this house in the future!

Overall the property was very spacious and comfortable for a larger group. The host was responsive to communication before/during our stay. The pool had a fence which was a great added layer of safety for young kids. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient with shopping and restaurants nearby. The washer and dryer was very convenient. The house was equipped with a few basics to get started - a small dish soap, sponge, two trash bags, one dishwasher detergent pod, one laundry detergent pod and some coffee filters. There is only a 5 cup coffee pot and 5 pool towels which isn’t enough for the number of people the property accommodates. Each bathroom only had one small roll of toilet paper with no extra rolls in the house. Having items to accommodate the number of people the property allows would have been nice. A few things that were unclear from the listing: if you don’t pay to heat the pool then the hot tub will not be heated. There is also a personal vehicle parked at the house that blocks half of the driveway. We could only get one car into the driveway and had to rely on community parking for our other vehicles For a property that accommodates 10 people, parking for more than one car is needed. The listing pictures a full driveway but this is not what you have access to. Community parking is full on weekends so if you leave at night you run the risk of not having a spot. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Nice house, but hot..AC went out

The house was outstanding, great location, easy to find, big spacious rooms, but the downstaits AC went out the last day we were there. The management team could not be contacted and the afterhours numbers did not work. So, it was extremely hot down stairs.

Simple Fixes

QR code not given to gain entry into the development, had to pull over with five other vehicles to the side of the road and wait until someone responds to the text, no one answered the phone number to the managing company (after traveling and needing to have access to the bathroom). The sliding glass door lock was broken and had to be repaired the next day delaying our departure to venture out in the city, I was questioned why it wasn't reported on the first day. The last incident and most impactful was to find out the linen on one of the beds was filthy and not discovered until the morning of the third day. I called the management company to have them replaced and I was told that wasn't possible. once I was told that I contacted VRBO and the owner of the facility. VRBO could not get a response. I left a message to the owner and no response. Besides the before mentioned the house was very nice and comfortable. The bed linen situation was completely unacceptable,
