You’ll also enjoy both a family room and a separate living room, giving guests multiple places to relax. The kitchen includes a kitchen table for casual seating, and there is a separate dining table for larger gatherings.

The location of the home is one of its greatest features. Being close to I-4 means you can easily explore some of Central Florida’s most popular free destinations. Celebration, the beautiful Disney-designed town with lakeside paths, cafés, and charming boutique shops, is only minutes away and perfect for a relaxed stroll. Disney Springs is also nearby, offering an incredible mix of shopping, dining, live entertainment, and a lively atmosphere without the need for park tickets. For a more local experience, Winter Garden is an easy drive and known for its historic downtown, tree-lined streets, markets, breweries, and walkable shops. Guests also love visiting Sunset Walk at Margaritaville, a fun outdoor entertainment district with live music and a great nighttime vibe, as well as ChampionsGate, which has excellent restaurants, spas, and amenities. Posner Park is just down the road and provides everything from major stores to a movie theatre for convenient evenings out.
