Great news! The Reef Club at Windsor Cay Resort is now officially open! All guests staying at Windsor Cay should now use the brand-new amenities at The Reef Club, located right within the community. Windsor Island Resort amenities are no longer needed—everything you need is now on-site!

Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, along with local taxi options for easy access to theme parks, shopping centers, and dining spots. While public transportation is limited, car rentals or ride-sharing are recommended for flexibility.



Windsor Cay Resort may also offer shuttle services to nearby attractions—be sure to check with the front desk for availability.

Major destinations are just a short drive away:

• Walt Disney World Resort: Approximately 9 miles

• Universal Studios Florida: Approximately 22 miles

• SeaWorld Orlando: Approximately 18 miles

• Orlando International Airport (MCO): Approximately 30 miles



Other Things to Note:

• To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in details will be shared once completed.



• Pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. This is a brief visit, and technicians will only access the pool area.



Pet Friendly:

• Up to 2 pets allowed (under 60 lbs each)

• Pet fee: $129 per pet, per stay

• Please declare pets at booking; otherwise, fees will be charged separately

• Additional pets (if applicable) will incur extra fees after booking



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating (optional): $45/night per service or $79/night for both

(2-night minimum, 24-hour notice required)

• BBQ propane tank: one-time $69 charge (request in advance)

• Pack ’n play rental: $39 (one-time fee)

• Highchair rental: $29 (one-time fee)



House Rules:

• No parties, events, or smoking/vaping ($150 fine and/or loss of deposit)

• Check-out on time; late departures are $150 per hour

• Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees

• Pool use is at your own risk—please follow safety guidelines

• No firearms or weapons allowed

• Rule violations may result in additional charges or removal without refund
