This 5 bedroom home is extremely large and offers 3 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom. The home offers 2 lounges, one which is more formal; the other is a family room and is furnished comfortably around the main TV. There is a dining room if you choose to eat in and a fully equipped kitchen with all of today's needs, such as a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and full size cooker. The home is fully air conditioned and also has a separate laundry room for your convenience.

Outside, you will find your large pool deck complete with table, chairs and sun loungers. Your pool overlooks the golf course, making it feel very private, and tranquil. This home is so peaceful that you would never know that just down the road you will find all that Orlando is famous for. An ideal setting for a large group or if you are just looking to treat yourself.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
