Gated community-Beautiful 6/5.5 villa on a lake with breathtaking sunsets. Look out over the vista while you swim, enjoy the spa, and grill out. The villa is spacious and can accommodate large groups comfortably. As you enter the villa, there is a spacious living room and dining room on the right. The foyer leads into the open concept lounge, dining, and eat in kitchen area. This room has a great view of the pool area. It has the best of both worlds, peace and tranquility and yet close!
The space
One of the main reasons you are renting a Disney Orlando pool home for your vacation is for the private pool! It’s wonderful to walk outside and jump in. No packing up the kids to take them to the community pool in the resort, unless of course you want to.
This large lanai has a sparkling pool and a waterfall spa. When you are done swimming you can soak up the Florida rays on the comfortable poolside lounge chairs or sit at the poolside table for a meal. There are no back door neighbors.

Fully-Equipped Kitchen.
The full size kitchen is equipped with all that you expect and want in your vacation rental including a gas stove! Their is a intercom/music system in everyroom including the pool area. Cooking and eating utensils are provided.

Living Area
The living room has two leather couches and a flat screen TV which makes it perfect to watch your favorite show, keep an eye on the swimmers in the pool and still manage to keep dinner cooking on the stove! This is a wonderful layout for families who need more room and choices for things to do.
Game Room
Competition is good for the soul and in this vacation home you’ll have plenty of opportunity to play a game of pool, fools ball, air hockey, darts against each other.
Master Bedroom Suite
This bright and spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and a crib as well as a en-suite bathroom. Complete with a flat screen TV/cable this bedroom is fit for a king!
Second Master Bedroom
A king size bed has a en-suite bathroom and is spacious with a full dresser/mirror and nightstand plus TV/cable.
Third and Fourth Bedrooms
Each features a king size bedroom with a en-suite bathroom and TV/cable.
Fifth and Sixth Bedrooms
