Located 20 minutes from the Main Gate of Walt Disney World, our home offers everything you could want with a superior location, resort amenities and a comfortable, fully furnished home.



The homes fabulous, open plan layout with vaulted ceilings boasts plenty of natural light.

Enter through the front door into a spacious open concept living room and additional dining area with seating for 4.

A serine space, perfect for escaping the main living & kitchen area and relaxing after a busy day.



Continue down the hall into our large open concept kitchen and additional living and dining areas! This welcoming space is filled with an abundance of natural light and pool views through the double wide patio doors.



There is a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a well-designed layout any chef would enjoy! Complete with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, blender, hand mixer, toaster, Crock & Instapot, electric stove and large pantry.

There is even a ‘Pop Corn’ Maker for those cozy nights in!

There is seating for 6 at the breakfast table, and additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar.



The welcoming lounge area to the rear of the home offers plenty of comfy seating and a 65-inch SMART TV.

Sliding patio doors lead straight onto the screened pool deck allowing you to watch the kids play in the pool or soak up the last of the day’s sun.

The open concept floor plan allows everyone to be together, whether you are hanging out watching TV or cooking up some delicious meals!


The private pool area is fenced for security and there is plenty of seating for lounging & relaxing after a busy day and perfect for enjoying the warm Florida evenings! If pool heat is requested the pool water will be set to an ambient 85 degrees and the spa to a bubbling 101 degrees!


BBQ Grills can be provided upon request for you to enjoy grilling during your stay.

For your convenience there is a fully functional laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & board situated on the ground floor.



Our modern home also has a Level 2 Electric Vehicle charger located in the garage. (Please advise in advance of arrival if you wish to use this during your stay and additional costs may apply)

There are two master suites with King Beds ensuite bathrooms, located on different sides of the home, perfect for hosting two families. One ensuite has a bath tub and the other a walk in shower.



There are two additional Twin Bedrooms with 3 Twin beds in total and a full-sized bottom bunk.

These bedrooms share an additional bathroom with walk in shower and dual vanity.


All bedroom suites are complete with a 32 inch Smart TV’s, USB Ports, walk in wardrobes and plenty of storage.
Each room is equipped with plenty of pillows, bed linens, blinds, nightstands, a bedside lamp and ceiling fans throughout.


All bathrooms feature towels, face cloths, hair dryers, hand soaps, 1 roll of toilet paper and a garbage bag in each bin.

Summit Cable TV and High-speed Wireless internet service available throughout the home.


The home also includes plenty of child equipment such as strollers, cribs and high chairs for your convenience during your stay.

Any additional requirements can be arranged upon request.

Other things to note

1.The Primary guest is required to sign a mandatory rental agreement form: STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Only guests detailed on the booking form are permitted on the property. 2. Check-in to Villa: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm unless the leasing contract has specified another time. 3. Check-out of Villa: The official check-out time is 10:00 am unless the leasing Agreement has specified another time in advance and a fee may apply. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please call the management firm before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and villa finishing in a tidy and original location. 4. Pool/spa heat is additional fee if available. The pool/spa heater is set up automatically between 9.00am and 9.00pm. But it might take up to 24 hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature depending on the outside conditions. Pool/spa heating temperature in winter/colder months cannot be completely guaranteed. Pool heat is only available for the entire stay and must be requested and paid for at least 24 hours before check in. 5. BBQ Grill rental is available for additional fee. The grill comes ready to use with a full tank of propane. *Due to insurance liability guests are not permitted to bring their own BBQ grill 6. Garbage Collection: All Trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags, all cardboard should be broken down, please avoid placing liquids inside the bin, do not leave loose trash inside the bin. Trash will be collected according to the community set up and there is a sperate bin for recycling items. Please use only sealed trash bags and take garbage out to a collection bin near front door to be taken away by Resort Service. 7.This Villa is secured with a pool alarm/safety gate for our guests’ safety.8. Please note, Community quiet hours are 10pm – 8am.
We supply the home with one roll of toilet paper per toilet, one roll of paper towels, guest soaps for each sink, two garbage bags and one dishwashing tablet. Please bring or purchase other personal items that you require.
By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay on the property.

Each reservation is backed by a property protection plan. This safeguard covers accidental damage during your stay, removing the need for large security deposits and giving you confidence in your booking.
