Family Trip

Great location. Near everything. House was great for a family of 4. Beds were really comfy. Excellent experience. Much better than getting a hotel!

Great jump off point for Disney

We were looking for a place as a home base for our Disney vacation. It was myself, wife, and 2 adult kids. Brian was easy to communicate with and responsive to any request. We didn't spend a lot of time in the town home as we were gone 14-16 hours a day. Can't speak to any of the community amenities. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had a good range of appliances, pans, etc. There is a Keurig machine as well if you want to bring pods. Great location for Disney (abt 15 min drive to parking lots). There was a Publix (open until 11 pm!), Wal-Greens, and Starbucks along the route if you need something. As with all Kissimmee properties, not ideal for Universal. Traffic was brutal. Would stay here again.

Great place

It’s a nice 3 bed, 2.5 Bath condo in a gated community. It was clean and spacious and well taken care off. We would stay there again if visiting Orlando.

Great getaway!

Just like being home 💙 with ALL appliances, cleanliness, lots of room, and great neighbors. Close to malls, groceries, gambling, it's all at your fingertips! Very affordable and safe.

Good value

Chose property because I thought dog would be with me but found a last minute sitter. Regardless this remained a good value and good choice. Other properties may be cost comparable with more amenities but their deposits for pets was much higher. This property was clean and central to most attractions. It is gated, quiet, and felt safe. The pool was cold until 2/23 or so when sun heated it. There are many cats and ducks on grounds, (in case your dog isn't friendly). Master bed is tall, you might need a step but other beds are more accessible and all are VERY comfortable. Not what I would call well-appointed but we had everything we needed and cooked frequently. Water is native to Florida, bring drinking water. It's fine to wash with but has bad taste. Host was extremely helpful and communicative and I would book this property again.

Quiet stay

Owner was very responsive and check in was easy. Beds were either way to high or too low as well as the bathtub. Bathtub must've been new because it made a horrible noise.Needs more pots but overall it was clean,quiet and around alot of things

Beautiful house in a perfect location!

We were in Kissimmee area for a family wedding. This was the perfect location to visit family, go to the beach, and enjoy the beautiful pool right here! Brian was very responsive and his place was very clean and updated. Very safe and convenient location. Definitely will be back when in this area!

Close to Celebration and Disney. Large condo on the end of the building, very quiet place to be. Brian was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great Place

We had a great time staying here. We traveled with our dog and she loved it 2! The pool was great and it is close to shops and resturants. Brian is awesome and was quick to respond during our whole stay.

Great Vacation Townhouse

Great place to stay for our Orlando trip. Very clean and lots of supplies provided. Plenty of room for a big family located in a quiet area. Brian was always very responsive with our questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for small groups or families

Location is great, love the reserved parking spot, kitchen is one of the most stocked I've seen, love the plentiful amenities (trash bags, TP, dishwashing supplies). In general it could use some updating (and a bigger tv in the master 😂) but overall it does its job. A place to sleep and shower when you're not in the parks. The best part of this property is the owner Brian. He’s super responsive and will provide whatever you need (within reason). Most of the rentals in Kissimmee are owned by property management companies and they are horrible to work with. Brian was a refreshing change of pace.

Smaller townhouse community with easy access on 535 to WDW & other parks. Less than 10 minutes to I-4 and Disney Springs. Lots of helicopter traffic from 192 which you would have to deal with no matter where you were staying in the area. Didn't affect us as we were out most of the time. Development seemed mostly residential so there wasn't a lot of transient activity. Brian was always responsive to any inquiries and we were able to extend our trip a week.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for our Orlando trip. The owner was very helpful and very responsive to quickly fix any problem we had. We also needed to have something mailed to us and he made arrangements to receive our package. I would definitely rent this place again if we are in Orlando again.

NO!! Complaints!

We reserved the property for a month but had to leave early due to the coronavirus. The owner met us when we arrived and gave us a detailed tour of the home explaining how things worked, the abundant supplies that were there, and information about the area. He was always available by phone in case we had questions. The home was very comfortable; everything we needed was there. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet; we appreciated the private parking space. Other than having our vacation cut short by the pandemic, it was a very enjoyable stay.

Spacious, well-lit townhouse close to all Orlando attractions

This charming townhouse is nestled in a cute gated community near all the Orlando attractions. The townhouse is well-lit and provides enough room to house a family and even some additional guests who are in town to visit the attractions (there were two beds and an additional bunk bed in the third room). Check in and check out were super easy and Brian was flexible with the checkout time. All the attractions were a short 20 minute drive (sometimes only longer due to the unpredictable traffic) and the grocery store was just a quarter mile away (included Walmart, a few hookah spots, and a Egyptian store where I stocked up on spices). Overall, it was a great, comfortable place, and we were pleasantly surprised with this townhouse (it was my first time using this site so I was a little wary at first). I especially appreciated the home feel that this place provides and felt very comfortable using the kitchen. Will definitely be back and recommend highly! Thanks, Brian, for a great stay!!
