Welcome to your exclusive 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome at the spectacular Windsor Cay Resort, perfectly designed to sleep up to 12 guests. Located just a 3-minute walk from the clubhouse, this is the ultimate home base for your Orlando adventure.

**The Space**

Step into a bright, modern, and stylish open-plan living space. The main floor features a comfortable living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area perfect for sharing meals. This level also includes a serene bedroom with a Queen bed and a 49-inch TV.

Head upstairs to discover four more beautifully appointed bedrooms. The spacious main bedroom boasts a King bed, a 55-inch TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. Another Queen bedroom offers its own private bathroom and a 42-inch TV. For the kids (and kids at heart), adventure awaits in two wonderfully themed rooms. Journey to infinity and beyond in the Toy Story room with a bunk bed (Full + Twin + Trundle Twin), or share some laughs in the Monsters, Inc. room, featuring two Twin beds. These rooms share a bathroom and each has a 29-inch TV.

The upstairs loft is a fantastic game and relaxation area, complete with its own 65-inch Smart TV. It's the perfect spot for movie nights or family fun after a day at the parks.

Your private outdoor oasis awaits! The screened-in lanai features your very own private pool and an attached hot tub, offering a perfect retreat to cool off or relax in the evenings.

**Guest Access**

You will have complete and private access to the entire townhome, including the private pool and hot tub.

**Getting Around**

Free parking is available at the property for a maximum of 4-5 vehicles. The convenient location makes getting to and from the airport and all major attractions a breeze.

**House Rules**

* Check-in: 4:00 PM
* Check-out: 10:00 AM
* At least one guest in the party must be 21 years of age or older to book.

**Important Information**

To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following:
* **Pool & Hot Tub Heat:** Heating for the private pool and hot tub is available for an additional fee of $30 + tax per night. This must be requested at least 2 days prior to check-in and applies to the entire duration of your stay.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill, including a propane tank and final cleaning, can be rented for $65 + tax per stay. Please request this service before your check-in date.
* **Package Delivery:** If you plan to have packages delivered during your stay, please contact us for specific instructions.
* **Concierge Services:** We are happy to assist with Disney park tickets, grocery shopping, and more. Please inquire for details.
