Located within Bahama Bay Resort in Davenport, Florida, this gated Caribbean-style community offers a peaceful waterfront setting just 15–20 minutes from Walt Disney World. Guests enjoy tropical landscaping, multiple resort pools, hot tubs, walking paths, and lake access. The area is convenient to golf courses, grocery stores, restaurants, and major attractions including Disney, Universal Studios, and ChampionsGate. A perfect balance of quiet relaxation and easy access to Central Florida’s top destinations.

Guests have full private access to the entire condo, including the private balcony with waterfront pond views. This is a privately owned unit located within Bahama Bay Resort.

Guests also have access to the resort’s pools, hot tubs, lake access, walking paths, and common outdoor areas. The fitness center/gym is privately operated and is not available to our guests at this time.

The resort is gated, and all vehicles must check in with security upon arrival.

This spacious top-floor 3-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse condo offers comfort, privacy, and peaceful waterfront pond views from the private balcony. The open living and dining area provides plenty of room to relax after a day at the parks.

The full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, and the in-unit washer and dryer make extended stays easy.

The primary suite features a comfortable bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. The second full bathroom also includes a separate tub and shower, providing added convenience for families or multiple couples.

The ocean-inspired kids bedroom adds a fun touch for Disney vacations.

Located on the 3rd floor (no elevators), the penthouse setting offers added privacy and quiet surroundings.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. Bahama Bay Resort is conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to access Walt Disney World (15–20 minutes), Universal Studios, golf courses, shopping, and dining. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 40–45 minutes away. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available in the area.
