Our beautiful Mediterranean style villa is our home from home.

A luxurious, beautifully furnished open plan 5 bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home of approximately 3000 sq ft, with its own private screened lanai pool & Spa.

Designer decorated, inside and out, even including new landscaping - this gorgeous family vacation villa is located in the much sought after - Tuscan Hills - community; a peaceful, convenient location of mixed homes; some vacation rentals, others resident occupied.

This example is the biggest style villa on Tuscan Hills - open airy with bags of room and yet private places to sit and relax.

Beautifully, classically and thoughtfully furnished throughout, your holiday villa is a generous open - airy style.

There are not just two but three lounge areas for your vacation of dreams.

Two lounge areas overlooking the pool area, one making a large TV/family zone - perfect for streaming “The Game” or Film Night from.

The second ground floor lounge area includes cosy furniture and a hifi (with Bluetooth to connect your smartphone) - ideal for a chat with a morning coffee or if preferred a chilled glass of Pino Grigio as you decide where locally to dine or even plan your next day’s adventure. The third lounge upstairs is Marvel themed for your own vacation superheroes to recharge and watch some hard earned TV.

All our Villa has super fast Xfinity wifi and Xfinity cable - all TVs also include Hulu.

Eating in?
You have choice of two open plan dining areas: one formal table where you can easily entertain 8 dinner guests and another we use as our informal breakfast nook with a 4 seater table for those important pitstops just between the kitchen and pool.

For extra homely comfort, we have: a fully loaded kitchen with pantry, microwave, full sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher and hob/range - a downstairs bathroom with shower and - laundry area with both washer and tumble drier.

Our games room with full sized Pool Table is just beyond the laundry.

Outside, we have new/upgraded lanai and pool furniture.

This larger than average deck area includes comfy matching loungers, recliners and outside chairs and outside eating area.

For your extra comfort the lanai includes evening lighting, fan and an outside toilet which can be accessed from the pool area – ideal for families.

Both Pool and Spa were relined in recent years along with new LED pool lighting to make the outside area even more inviting.

Just in case you have any time left to sleep, our villa sleeps 10+2.

There is a super spacious master suite downstairs with a King size bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom with his-n-her sinks, wc and both a large shower and feature corner bath tub.
This suite has a TV with Hulu and private/direct access to the lanai and pool area.

The family lounge area also includes a double sofa bed.


Our guest suite upstairs, has a Queen size bed, large walk-in closet, shower room and TV with Hulu.

We have three additional themed bedrooms.

Each with 2 twin beds and large or walk-in closets.

Finally, these bedrooms are served by another full bathroom upstairs with Jack'n'Jill access from either the loft or one of the twin bedrooms.

For your enjoyment, peace of mind, allergy needs and confidence as well as general well-being and comfort, this is a non-smoking and pet-free home.

Our villa is remotely monitored: alarm, smoke detectors and full a/c.

We know our amazing management company and their pool and housekeeping team are the best!
They check, clean and sanitise the villa for each new guests arrival in line with local law and best safety practices.

Our community is a very proud one: safe, family friendly and very neat and tidy.
We have been proud owners since ground was first broken on our plot and we personally selected everything you’ll see and enjoy.

We have loved every holiday we have taken here for many years as we still totally believe Tuscan Hills is conveniently positioned for “everything” - yet it’s also private and peaceful.

This is a jewel of a location: comparatively small family friendly community, enjoying gated access control for both privacy and security.

Included in your rental is access to our clubhouse with all weather (its always sunny!) tennis court, beach volleyball court and fenced children's playground/tot-lot.
Inside the clubhouse is a gym room and a communal games room with full-sized pool, air-hockey and table football.

Facilities:

Nearby, you are conveniently served by multiple familiar supermarket brands: Target, Walmart, Publix and Aldi.
We are blessed by an extensive selection of super family restaurants: local or familiar chains all within a 10-15mins drive.
Some top class restaurants - AKA Restaurant Row - just a little farther.
Banking, gas stations and medical help are all nearby and with easy access.
Nothing here is a chore - kickback and chill!

The Fun Facts!
Tuscan Hills is located off Highway 27, close to the 192, approximately 15 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and all the main attractions.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
