Guest Access:

Parking:

• The home’s driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Additional parking is available at the Oasis Clubhouse—overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Please note: trailers, RVs, boats, and oversized vehicles are not permitted within the resort.



Guest registration and parking rules:

• All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry.

• Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing.

• Residents are advised to check the community website for the latest Parking & Towing Policy.



Property Access:

• You’ll have full private access to the home, including the swimming pool, games room, and movie theater lounge.



Resort Access:

As our guest, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to the Oasis Club at ChampionsGate, featuring:

• Resort-style pool with lazy river and waterslides

• The Oasis Club is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, year-round.



Reminders from Oasis Club:

• NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots.

• For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team.

• Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted.

• For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA.

Several convenient ways to get around, having a car is the easiest and most flexible option in ChampionsGate since most attractions and shopping areas are a short drive away. There are also Taxi, Uber and Lyft available in the area.

• To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in details will be shared once completed.

• The community dog park will be temporarily closed starting February 11, 2026.

• Pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. Technicians will only access the pool area.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating available upon request: $45/night per service or $79/night for both (2-night minimum, 24-hour notice required)

• BBQ propane tank: one-time $69 charge (request in advance)

• Pack ’n play rental: $39 (one-time)

• Highchair rental: $29 (one-time)

• Mid-stay cleaning (for stays over 3 nights): available for an additional fee (advance booking required)



House Rules:

• No parties, events, or smoking/vaping ($150 fine and/or loss of deposit)

• Late check-out: $150 per hour

• Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees

• No pets (except service animals); violations may result in fees or loss of deposit

• Use of pool/hot tub is at your own risk

• No firearms or weapons allowed

• Violations may result in additional charges or removal without refund

• Existing call boxes being replaced with temporary keypads — QR codes no longer work at these locations
