Located in Clermont, Florida, in the Tranquility Townhomes community, this modern townhouse features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Perfect for families, it's large enough to host up to 9 guests at at time. There is a queen bedroom on the ground level of the home, and both the king bedroom suite and the bunk-bed room are upstairs. You'll also find a second TV lounge upstairs, complete with a foosball table for some friendly competition. Each of the bedrooms comes with fresh linens and fluffy pillows, and its own smart TV to keep you entertained. The king suite comes with a sparkling ensuite bathroom featuring a double vanity and large standing shower.
You'll love the group-friendly open-concept living space, and the fully equipped chef's kitchen. There's a large family dining table to enjoy your meals around, and additional dining space at the kitchen bar. The back patio sundeck has recliners for you to soak up that Florida sunshine, and there's a private swimming pool ready for you, when you want to cool off.
