Neljän makuuhuoneen huvila on sisustettu ihanan sisustuksella ja korkeatasoisella ylläpidolla, jotta vierailusi olisi yhtä mukava ja miellyttävä kuin oma! Omasta kokemuksestamme loma-asuntojen vuokraamisessa olemme tehneet kovasti töitä varmistaaksemme, että kokemuksesi varauksesta lähtöpäivään on vertaansa vailla!

Sijaitsee Toscanan kukkuloiden rauhallisella aidatulla alueella, hiljaisella, intiimillä asuinalueella USA: n Davenportissa 27, josta pääsee kätevästi supermarketteihin, kauppoihin ja ravintoloihin, ja vain 15 minuutin päässä Walt Disney Worldistä! Upea sijainti, turvallinen yhteisö ja upea perheystävällinen, täysin varusteltu huvila - mitä muuta voisit kysyä?

Kodissamme on kolme erillistä makuuhuonetta: king-Master-makuuhuone wc-kylpyhuoneella, 1 Queen Master -makuuhuone wc-kylpyhuoneella, 1 kahden hengen huone wc-kylpyhuoneella, kahden hengen makuuhuone ja Study / Den-vuodesohva, kaikki varustettu TV: llä ja kaapelilla. Suuri avoin ruokasali / olohuone avautuu turvatarkastus Lanai & Poolille näkymä rauhalliselle suojelualueelle. Täysin varusteltu keittiö erillisellä aamiaisnookilla. Pesutupa, jossa on pesukone / kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta + lauta. Ilmastoitu pelihuone, jossa biljardi- ja jalkapallopöydät, PS2, Nintendo Wii, videopelit, tennismailat ja polkupyörät asiakkaidemme nautintoa varten. Viihtyisä etelään päin oleva uima-allas + kylpylä - koko päivän aurinko! näkymät rauhalliselle suojelualueelle - ei naapureita takanamme!

Tämä on todella kotisi poissa kotoa! Olemme yrittäneet miettiä kaikkia yksityiskohtia, jotta perheesi loma olisi mahdollisimman rento, nautinnollinen ja ikimuistoinen. Keittiössämme on kaikki kodista löytyvät laitteet: täysikokoinen jääkaappi, pakastin, liesi, uuni, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, sähkösekoitin ja sähköinen purkinavaaja. Olemme toimittaneet myös täyden sarjan ruukkuja ja pannuja, keittiövälineitä, astioita, laseja ja hopeaesineitä, jotta jokainen ateria olisi yhtä nautinnollinen kuin kotona!
Pakkaa kevyt ja käytä kodin pesutupa, täysikokoisella pesukoneella ja kuivaajalla sekä silitysvälineellä. Ja hiustenkuivaajaa ei tarvitse pakata, sillä löydät jokaisesta kylpyhuoneesta.

Jos tarvitset yhteydenpitoa toimistoon, siinä on Study / Den-työpöytä, tuoli, tulostin ja ilmainen WiFi.

Palvelumme myös pienimmille tarjoamalla kaksi matkapakkausta n pakkausta / leikkikehää, syöttötuoli, kaksi kevyttä rattaita ja taaperoiden lastenistuin. Niiden turvallisuuden vuoksi on olemassa suojaava mesh-uima-allas aita, joka toimii esteenä uima-altaalle. Kuormitus leluja, kirjoja ja videoita pitämään ne viihdyttävänä koko päivän.

Etsitkösi parhaan loma-asunnon löytäminen sinulle ja perheellesi, löydät monia vuokra-asuntoja Orlandossa, mutta vain harvat tarjoavat niin vaikuttavan ja kattavan luettelon mukavuuksista. Alkaen hyvin varustetuista ja mukavista kalusteista Disneyn ja ensiluokkaisten kiinteistöpäällikköidemme läheisyyteen, et tule pettymään valitsemassasi Orlando-lomakodissa.

We recently stayed at this property for a family trip. Overall, the house was clean and located in a quiet, gated community, which felt safe and peaceful. There were plenty of towels provided, and the host was responsive—when we messaged about the lack of paper towels, she kindly ordered some for next-day delivery. We also appreciated being allowed early access to the property after a quick call, which was very convenient.However, there were a few drawbacks. The beds were not very comfortable, and charging phones near the bedside was tricky due to a lack of nearby outlets. Each bathroom had only one toilet paper roll, so we had to purchase more ourselves. The pool was a letdown, unfortunately—it had dirty water and lots of bugs, so we didn’t end up using it much. Also, the property is quite far from Universal and other major attractions, requiring daily use of I-4 and toll roads.All in all, it wasn’t a bad stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. With a few updates and better attention to guest comfort, this could be a much more enjoyable rental.

Disney Family Trip 2025

Don’t hesitate to stay at this AMAZING home!!We thoroughly enjoyed it! Maria was the perfect host and so easy to communicate with. The house is spacious, beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday after coming home exhausted and hot from the parks. Perfect for family time, our adult children and granddaughter did not want to stay at Disney because we would loose out on so much family time. Wonderful place!

Our family loved our stay. Had everything we needed. My boys enjoyed the game room and pool. Near many restaurants. Was able to get to Universal in about 35 minutes some days with traffic it took around 50 minutes.

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable

The property was clean and very comfortable. It was convenient to Disney and Universal Studios, as well as grocery shopping and restaurants. We appreciated the handheld showerheads. Our vacation was busy so we did not make use of the pool, but hope to next time. The owner responded to an email quickly. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. We were very pleased with our stay.

Almost perfect getaway!

This property is great and exactly as the listing explained. Outside of some communication issues at the start of our visit, the only issue we had was the neighbors behind the house for a few days during the holiday. The communication issues were resolved prior to our arrival but we had not received arrival instructions until after reaching out to the owner. Which took two emails and a phone call. Overall, the process was just a bit of panic on not being able to get into the community and house. This was resolved and we had no other issues with the house. As for the neighbors behind the property, we are just assuming this was due to the time of our stay. For 3 nights, the houses behind this rental had parties and were extremely loud and partied through to the early morning hours. It was a bit of an annoyance, but it was the New Year holiday. The houses were not part of the community this rental was in so we figured there was nothing we could do. Luckily, the house did muffle most of the noise. I would definitely rent this property again during a future visit.

Wonderful home

We had a great stay in this home. Every bedroom was beautiful, perfect sizes. Bathrooms were clean and we especially loved the huge bathroom that was off the king size bedroom. There were board games in the entertainment center, the garage had a pool table and a ping pong table along with high chairs, bikes and two large bins of toys that our 2 yr old grandson loved playing with, A great touch to the home, keeping the little ones happy and occupied when we weren't swimming in the pool. The kitchen had every piece of equipment we could have needed, plenty of pans to cook in! The neighborhood was cute, very quiet and well maintained. If there was anything that we could say was a slight negative thing it would be that the driveway was a little tight for two cars. We would definitely recommend staying in Maria's beautiful home.

Perfect stay for golf trip

Nice quiet property near restaurants and golf courses with plenty of amenities nearby. The pool and hot tub were great for a dip after a round of golf (10 rounds in 9 days!). The kitchen was well appointed and the owner and property management were attentive, though only really needed once. We were very pleased with our rooms, and ensuites on each room. The instructions for the home were very clear and easy to follow. Finally: We would book this property again in a minute to explore all the golf courses in the area. Thank you Maria!

We stayed from April 18 thru 23, 2024. Our family had an amazing time. The neighborhood and neighbors were very friendly. As soon as you open the door it felt like home. Everything was right at you finger tips. No need to go out to shop for extras. Its a wonderful vacation home for families. Very clean and spacious. We were celebrating our grandson turning 5 years old by taking him to Disney. He loved his room with all the extras kid friendly toys in the room. The home was furnished with lots of extras such as books. The office space had everything you needed.They provided games, strollers, stuffed toys, bikes and the game room had adult options, too. The pool was screened for privacy; everyone loved it! We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was the perfect vacation home and area. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Everyone in our family loved their own bedrooms with bath in each room.The closets had everything you needed. The whole house in every room has amenities that were useful especially the kitchen. Management was on top of things as far as communication and recieving everything ahead of time. Value price for our stay and well worth it. The nights were so peaceful and quiet and in the morning we all were refreshed to go out and enjoy our outings around Disney. Our family had such an amazing experience that we have told our family and friends about this vacation home. It was beautiful and we had a fantastic stay - The Johnsons

Created Wonderful Memories

We made so many memories at the parks as well as at the home. We played games, spent time in the pool, and had wonderful meals together. There was enough room for privacy when you needed it and room for all nine of us to spend time together.
