POOL/OUTSIDE PATIO: Private heated pool with attached outside half bath, pool toy closet, lounge chairs, Blackstone griddle/ charcoal grill and outdoor dining table. Safety gate provided in pool area.



KITCHEN/MAIN AREA: Main floor fully stocked kitchen with large island, living room with 55” Roku TV/Cable box and dining room with 6-person dining table.



LAUNDRY: Laundry & dryer upstairs in loft area. One laundry pod provided during each stay.



OTHER AMENITIES: Graco Pack n’ Play, Chicco Pocket Snack Chair, and beach towels are provided during your stay. Also have Nintendo Wii with many different games and board games and puzzles for family fun!



GUEST ACCESS:
Windsor at Westside Resort is strategically located in the Kissimmee area, with easy access to the theme parks, dining and shopping. For those who are visiting Disney, the location provides quick access to the Disney entrance which is just 7 miles away. This gated resort-style community has it all from an on-site restaurant, Tu Casa Tiki bar, serving you both your favorite drinks along with food for poolside dining.


An extraordinary 10,000sq ft clubhouse complete with a resort-style pool with cabanas, kid activities, lake with pier, water slide, kid’s water play area and a lazy river. It also is equipped with a fitness center, sand volleyball courts, mini shop for all your personal needs, arcade, and multipurpose sports court.



OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
1. By booking, you agree to the short-term lease agreement attached. This protects both parties.


2. Check-in: The official Check-in time is 4:00 pm. *To request early check-in or late check-out please contact the host. Please note this may not always be arranged due to prior or arriving guest as well as routine cleaning.


3. Check-out: The official check-out time is 10:00 am. If there is anything damaged or you have anything to report, please contact hosts before you leave. Please be sure to check out on time with all furniture and townhome finishing in a tidy and original location if moved or used so housekeeping can start cleaning promptly, otherwise a fee might be charged unless arrangements were made in advance.


4. Pool heat is complimentary and set to 86-87 degrees. Pool child gate provided for safety.


5. Blackstone Duo Charcoal and Griddle is provided to our guests. The grill comes ready to use with grilling utensils. Guests are responsible for propane and/or charcoal, cleaning and covering if using. The grill supports a 1lb propane tank.


6. Garbage Collection: There is valet service for Garbage Collection every day of the week. Enclose the garbage in trash bags and place the trash bags inside the trash receptacles (bench) outside the front door.


7. Starter kits will be provided at check-in. This includes 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, bar soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 liquid dishwater soap, 1 packet of laundry powder, 1 packet of dishwasher pod, & 2 kitchen garbage bags. Please stop by the nearest store to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.


8. Coffee and Tea bar is provided and complimentary during your stay.


9. Guests will need to go to resort club house front desk and sign a waiver to use the resort pool, spa and lazy river.


10. Nest Doorbell on Front Entrance has video and audio recording.


11. Parking is available during your stay. Please contact host with any questions or concerns for your parking needs.
