The Space:

Every summer trip, spring break, or holiday reunion needs a home base that can hold its own against the parks. Tucked inside the secure, resort-style Windsor Cay community in Clermont, this brand-new 2024 build gives large families and groups a private retreat packed with entertainment, comfortable sleeping space for everyone, and a sun-soaked outdoor area to return to after long days on the road.

 

Entertainment spaces

A Simpsons-themed game room keeps the energy high indoors - four arcade games, a PS5 with a dedicated TV, an air hockey table, and a foosball table mean there's never a shortage of things to do. A Mickey Mouse-themed cinema room takes movie nights to another level with a full theater-style setup and a cozy kids' play area tucked in for the little ones.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Ten bedrooms sleep 16 or more guests across 13 beds. The first floor offers two king bedrooms, including a king master suite. Upstairs, four additional king bedroom suites provide privacy and comfort for adults, while three dedicated bunk rooms - Toy Story, Dalmatians, and Lion King - each sleep four. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are all provided.

 

Living & dining

The ground floor anchors daily life with an open, fully equipped kitchen - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, and all the cooking basics you need. A dining table seats 10, and the large living room with TV gives everyone a place to gather. Two dedicated workspace areas, one on each floor, are available for anyone who needs to stay connected. A washer and dryer are on-site for longer stays.

 

Outdoor oasis

Step through the back to a private screened pool and spa with a child safety fence, a covered lanai, outdoor dining for 8, and lounge seating for unwinding at the end of the evening. Pool heat is available at an additional cost of $35 per day for the full stay - just let the host know at least 48-72 hours in advance so the heater can be turned on in time. Guests also have access to the wider Windsor Cay resort facilities.

 

Location

Windsor Cay sits in Clermont, positioned for easy access to Orlando's biggest attractions. Walt Disney World's main parks are roughly 24-25 miles away - typically a 30-40 minute drive. Universal Studios Florida is about 30 miles out, and SeaWorld Orlando sits around 29 miles away. MCO airport is approximately 35 miles from the community. The location keeps you close to everything while offering the space and quiet of a dedicated resort community.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please note that pool heat comes at extra cost of $35 per day, for the entire stay. We need at least a 48-72 hour notice in order to be able to turn on the heater timely.



Other Things to Note:

We provide initial supplies for the home; however, for longer stays, you will likely need more essentials. Here's what we offer: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels. While trash cans come equipped, you may require additional bags.



Please note: In order to have the pool heater for your stay you will need to let us know at least 48-72 hours prior to your booking. There is an additional fee of $35 per day for the pool heat.



Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM on the day of your arrival, and checkout is by 10 AM on the day of your departure.
