The Space:
Everything you need in this 4BR/3BA Champions Gate townhome! Property is fully-equipped to make your stay stress-free. From the complimentary WiFi to the flat-screen TVs in each bedroom, this home has everything you need!

On top of all the incredible on-site amenities, Champions Gate Resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World and close to dining and shopping.

Everyone will want to gather in the open living space, where the kitchen, living room and dining space flow together. The living room has a sofa, and large-screen LED TV. Florida sunshine awaits on the back patio, where you can take a relaxing dip in the pool or lounge on the pool deck.

After a day at the parks, come back for a home cooked meal. Kitchen well-equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole family. It has plenty of counter and cabinet space, high-quality appliances, plus a large island with seating for four people. Just off the kitchen, an open dining area seats six around the dining table.

Located on the first floor, you will find a bedroom beautifully decorated with a queen size bed. Along with a nice-sized closet, the bedroom also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upstairs master bedroom offers a luxury king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks.

To make the experience even more fun, the third and fourth bedrooms are themed decorated to make the children (or even adults) happy! Both bedrooms offer two twin beds with the same theme beddings for a sweet dream.

Upstairs is another full bath with tub/shower combination, plus a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Guest Access:
As a guest of Champions Gate Resort, you'll have complimentary access to a resort-style pool (lazy river, waterslide) plus an amenities center with gym & gaming room.

The Neighborhood:
This house is located in the large high-end resort community (Champions Gate) with all the amazing amenities in the community club.

Getting Around:
Uber and taxi’s are available in the area. However, most guests find it convenient to rent a car at the airport. Your Dream Vacation home is only 15miles to Disney Magic Kingdom, 13miles to the Animal Kingdom. You are conveniently located to stores and restaurants which are only an approximate 3-mile drive.

Other Things to Note:
Optional pool heat is available for an extra $35/day; if you request pool heat it is added to the whole reservation; If pool heat is requested after check in, an additional call out fee of $35 will be charged to send someone over to turn on the heater. The pool takes between 8 - 15 hours to warm (pool temperature is set to 87 degrees). A propane grill with a full bottle of propane is $80. Just let us know what value added services you would like and we can add those. Value added services are subject to state and local taxes.
