”This is a very unique place to stay. Would love to know more about the history but breakfast was amazing and staff very helpful. Just a FYI, no elevators at all so you’ll need to be able to carry luggage up hardwood stairs.”

”Staff was very friendly. The pool was closed for maintenance. The room was clean but very humid. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was not great - limited options and eggs were slimy.”

”Handy location and well maintained”

”Notice of how to get to the breakfast location needs to be posted so that guests can find it. The first day it wasn’t posted at all. It was posted be Y the restaurant door on the second day. However, you had to know to go through the bar to get there. Unless you want valet parking, you’re pretty much on your own. There are no directions for parking. Also, some of front desk staff need to remember to smile when interacting with guests.”

”The staff at check in and check out were very helpful and friendly. There were a number of issues with the room, which I told them staff about on checking out. A compensation was that my bill was reduced. Other then the little issues in the room the location was great and then bed was comfortable.”

”We chose the Cimarron because of the quality, cleanliness and service the property is known for. Friday before check in, a family we're with received a call their room needed to be changed due to flooding. They were offered 2 king rooms, they declined because they're traveling with kids, so they stayed in the President's Suite. At no point was I contacted that there was an issue, so I assumed our room was not affected. Upon checking in, Brandon (manager) told me of the flooding, that no rooms...
