”This is a gem of a hotel in a gem of a city. The property dates back to the early days of Guthrie and has been artfully updated. Our room was spacious and quiet. The staff was pleasant and attentive. The grounds are beautiful. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy a piece of history.”

”The Microtel Inn was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I will definitely stay there again when we are in that area.”

”Danish and cold cereal is not breakfast. Check in -first room three visit and key did not work. 2nd room had damages: bench was peeling, vinyl curtain was ripped and held together with a pins. A/C never shut off, hair and dirt on bathroom floor. White substance on bed duster. Will not be staying there again.”

”This motel was well-maintained. It had a lot of electrical outlets, which is very important to me. Everything worked well. Of special note was the sincerely kind and helpful manner of Rhonda, the evening front desk clerk. She gave us good information and was exceptionally welcoming. Rhonda was very concerned that we would have a good stay. The hot breakfast buffet was above expectations with a very wide assortment of items. This is where many motel amenities fall short of the mark, but...

”The carpet was absolutely filthy, took shoes off at the door and walked from the beds to the bathroom and around the room and my white socks looked like i had walked 5 miles outside. No hot water in the sink only cold. $20 per pet per night, $80, was ridiculous for the condition of the room. We will not stay here again, would definitely recommend spending the extra 10-20 dollars for one of the surrounding motels/hotels.”

”Extremely Clean, except for stained ground floor carpet, the laundry is right behind the reception desk, the soap smell nearly knocks you over. However, after three days you become accustom to it. The breakfast consist of muffins, make your own waffles (that are very good), apple and cranberry juice, yogurt I did not check the favors, dry ceral two kinds, coffee, milk, etc. There was no computer work station to check email, wifi was good on the property. hot shower, the receptacles on the lamps...
