”Very clean and comfortable ”

”The room was very clean the location was exactly where we wanted not in the middle of anything but very close to all the places we wanted to go. The property is a little dated but kinda in a weird way adds to the charm”

”The Property is under construction, the Buffet Breakfast consisted of a few small oranges and two apples, stale old bread, a couple of old muffins, funky tasting pancakes from a weird little machine, and funky tasting coffee, This is the worst one yet. The staff is not very helpful at all so if you're going to brave this place just remember, you are on your own for everything else except the pool, that's the only thing that they didn't lie about or forget to mention in advertising. ”Staff were lovely upon check in! Parking super easy! Location amazing for ferry proximity! Room cleanliness? Well… it definitely hadn’t been swept in days. Also used wash cloth found on bathroom floor and stains on sink vanity.”

”The Velvet Crab was just as pictured. What a haven. We wanted to do some different exploring on the Cape, since it's been a few years, but it was really hard to leave this sanctuary. We'd go out for a few hours and then couldn't wait to come back and just hang out. Loved the kayak, being on the pond, just everything. We'd love to come back. Tara and her people were very responsive, and we appreciated them letting us check in a few hours early. ”
