”Hotel was quiet, the location was beautiful right on the water. Convenient to stores and restaurants, rooms were well stocked and clean and everyone on the property were friendly and accommodating. Property is undergoing maintenance due to storms, etc and a few things could use updating, as this is an older hotel-however it’s so charming that it doesn’t make a lot of difference.”

”Wonderful to have an ocean view from our room. Loved the balcony. Room upgraded, eco-friendly was surfaces easily cleanable. King size bed. Shower. Friendly, efficient staff, especially Victor and Winsome. Microwave and refrigerator.. Limited breakfast with an amazing machine for various coffees, hot, chocolate, and chai tea. Free parking. Elevator. Our third stay and we’ll definitely come another time.”

”We liked the property's location and views of the beach and ocean. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing we would have liked and this may come down to personal preference is better pillows. the pillows were thin and offered no head support or comfort. So new and better pillows we felt were needed other than that it was great! ”

” We had an issue with 2 staff members entering our room before checkout time. We had posted a “do not disturb” sign and they didn’t respect it. Luckily we were in the room to stop their entry. We never received any explanation, what they were doing there. It would be interesting to know how much customer property gets stolen!!! There was no management present, so we had to send email to the assistant general manager. We never received any reply, so clearly this behavior is accepted by the...
