You will stay comfortably in our 2 bedroom 2nd floor 'Beach House'. Whether you are visiting for work or play, your condo will have everything you could need in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

You will stay across the street from the beach and within half a mile of several parks and walking trails. Youwill enjoy a "get in touch with nature" relaxing vacation spot. You will have one TV and a strong Wi-fi signal for options to connect your personal devices.

Your outdoor pool is open year-round and the beach is across the street. You will have beach chairs and towels, a beach cart, a cooler, and pool toys - just bring your swimsuit and sunscreen!

If you're active, nearby is a tennis center, 2 state parks with hiking, miles of nature trails and the Halifax River, kayak rentals, year-round surfing, bike paths along A1A, and golf courses.

You can choose from the pool view bedroom or the bedroom with your beach view from the window, with queen beds and new matresses in both bedrooms. A queen sofa bed in the living room provides a third sleeping option.

Relax on the comfortable furnishings and easy care LVP floors. 5G Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit so you can work with an ocean view and connect all your devices.

You will want to enjoy peaceful rest and be encouraged to get out and enjoy nature!

Your kitchen is made for cooking with full sized appliances - microwave, oven with a glass stovetop, diswasher, stainless 20 cubic-foot refrigerator, and countertop icemaker. You're well prepared to make and serve meals with dishes and flatware, glasses and wine glasses for 4, a 12-piece cookware set, and bakeware. Small appliances include a Keurig, a drip coffee maker, 2 slice toaster, a waffle maker, a hand mixer, and a blender.

Bed and bath linens, paper towels, and toilet tissue are provided for the number of reserved guests (1 set of towels and 1 toilet roll per person per stay). You'll also have cleaning products and dishwasher pods.

Your full-size bathroom features a shower-tub combination. A 1500-watt hair dryer is provided.

You'll have a 50" 4K Amazon Fire TV with basic cable services (you can log in to your streaming services), an assortment of board games, and a collection of books.

Your condo is on the second story, there are 2 different sets of stairs. The building has no elevator or ramps.
