We stayed here for a milestone birthday weekend trip. I’m honestly really upset and disappointed with our entire stay. The AC was on the lowest setting the whole weekend, but it felt like it wasn’t even working — we were sweating the entire time inside the room. There were two bowls set outside under the AC unit that were spilling over, making the patio floor slimy and dangerously slippery. Then we had an issue with the toilet and asked for help, only to be told there was no maintenance on site and that they’d make a note for the next day and "try to find a plunger." We were lucky to get it working ourselves, because they told us they couldn’t find one — meaning they would’ve just left five women in a room overnight with no functioning bathroom. That’s honestly unacceptable. We asked for extra linens and a pillow, and the woman at the desk said it was the “last one” but didn’t even try to check. It just felt like no one cared. Housekeeping only comes every other day, but they don’t stop by to see if you need clean towels, toiletries. There were no trash bags in the cans and we had to take things out to the trash ourselves. Mini fridge barely got cold, there was no coffee maker, no ice bucket, and the pullout couch smelled awful. The stairs down to the beach were dangerous, and to top it off — only one car per room was allowed for parking. We came here expecting a relaxing time and left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and like our comfort and safety were never a priority.
