”We had a wonderful host!He greeted us and showed us around. And having a hot tub in the room was definitely new and fun!I would recommend this location for 1 person or a couple who loves the outdoors. The shower is outside and the bathroom is a porter-potty. There is also no AC. There are fans that kept air circulating but it was extremely humid. We took multiple showers a day to help stay cool. There are security cameras everywhere, which is understandable. But I did not like the one right...

”We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location with a short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture had recently been replaced. I would recommend bringing your own beach chairs since the chairs that were there are bag chairs and not very comfortable. Beach towels are provided but you need to be careful to not leave any stains on any of the linens or you will incur an additional charge. We would have liked to have been able to enter through the garage area but...

”This was FANTASTIC!!!! I can understand the other positive reviews now. Its not just being nice or hype. Some of us took the very short walk across South Atlantic Ave to the beach access walkway... I took the bike that was in the garage... and we drove our mobility challenged grandmother in the truck. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the homey feel of the house. The other renter out back was very nice and friendly. Its on our list for repeat.”

”My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and the Turkey Rod Run. The house is easy to find and in walking distance of shops, restaurants, mini golf and the beach. About a 20 minute drive to the Speedway. Kid’s enjoyed having their own beds and enjoyed playing the arcade games and ping pong/pool. We didn’t get to tryout the cowboy pool because of the weather. Two car garage was a plus and Chris was always prompt in answering any questions that we had. Will definitely stay again.”

”Nice place on the River to relax. We are more for staying on the Beach but we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Neighborhood is quiet. We had a relaxing stay. The home is beautiful and everything you need is available at the home. Our family ended up not being able to join us so we ended up staying in the back part of the home. It was perfect with the sliding glass door that opened up to the patio next to the River. It was like a little apartment within itself.”

" We had an issue with 2 staff members entering our room before checkout time. We had posted a “do not disturb” sign and they didn’t respect it. Luckily we were in the room to stop their entry. We never received any explanation, what they were doing there. It would be interesting to know how much customer property gets stolen!!! There was no management present, so we had to send email to the assistant general manager. We never received any reply, so clearly this behavior is accepted by the management…."
