”The apartments are generally cool. However, there were 3 strange facts. The first after booking and paying for the apartment the owner contacts us and says that they are occupied and will exchange them for others there. We were scared. The second - the owner of the apartment offered us a lower price than we paid. We were scared again. Third, we didn’t find how to contact the homeway service itself to resolve questions and clarify information.”

”I really enjoyed staying st the Rainbow. It was walkable from the centre of Ayia Napa and close to great restaurants like En Yevo Tavernaki and Stamna and a convenient shop behind (Christos). Staff were kind and helpful.”

”This apartment has so much potential, but it's been neglected over several years, and is uncomfortable. We didn't enjoy our stay. The only plus points are the balcony, the location, and the spacious size of the apartment. Kitchen sink - no hot water, only one of the taps worked. Cooker - no rails in the oven, no oven trays. This meant you couldn't use the oven, not even to heat a pizza. I assume this was deliberate to avoid cleaning costs. But it's unfair on the customers who want to cook at...

”It’s a two bedroom flat a short walking distance from the beach. My stay would have been pleasant if a lot of construction work didn’t happen in the building as of May 2024. Because of that noise I only stayed one night. You can also hear traffic in the street and occasionally sounds from a massage place in the building. The sound from the street was expected because of the big windows. The bathroom needs an upgrade, especially the toilet. The address provided by the host is wrong. The number...

”Good value for money , however there was no conact details for the property and the number provided didnt work. Very hard place to find and could do with a pest control visit for the cockroaches”

”Very complicated to find the place. And there was suppose to be a breakfast, but the only thing in the apartment that was eatable was salt, so no breakfast. Complicated communication. Very noisy, we didn’t sleep well at all, and a very uncomfortable bed.. would not recommend. ”

”Was pretty ok, a few problems was none of the drawers or cabinets were cleaned in either the bedrooms or kitchen and were really gross inside; there were no extra pillows blankets, or even towels. The Wi-Fi wasn’t super strong so you’d have to be in the same room for it to work at a functional speed. Also the TV was tiny. But I can’t deny the location is pretty insane, right in the center of town where many places are only a 10 +\- minute walk. ”

”Basic rooms for basic price Yes they are refitting and refurbishing some rooms bit by bit but still lots to do ..pool area a bit grubby so didn't use Alot of furniture was dated and mismatched We was a couple and put in a room with four single beds and room with double bed would have been better more comfy it felt like student quarters But local to amenities ,doubt would stay again”
