”Room was nice. However the air conditioning seemed not to cool off much. The toilet needed to be tightened up. I know things dont get fixed like they used to. We will stay here again. The last time was at a different hotel and that was really bad.”

”This is the place we stay every year my wife and I make our annual trip to Mayo Clinic for her appointments.
The rooms are clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It’s a little bit out of the way from Mayo Clinic compared to the other hotels but the price is always so reasonable for what you are getting. It’s also right next to Costco and Aldi so if you need anything from those places you can literally walk there.”

”Terrible hotel.
Smells terrible (they definitely don’t care about the no smoking policy)
The front desk employee never asked for a card so he just charged what was on file which was not supposed to be charged.
When we get to the room, it was not the room type I reserved.
The carpet was shredded, the bathroom door had a hole kicked in, the shower was so rusted I doubt the drain even worked.
Definitely not clean let alone SAFE feeling.
Was supposed to stay for a 3 day medical...

”2 nights at this motel, 2 different rooms. The first one was great. The 2nd one was room 245 and has some issues. Water damage on the ceiling near the window. Some of the outlets are worn so they don't stay plugged in especially the ones in the nightstand lamp where you need to plug in your phone. The shower head is very wobbly and should be secured.”

”Great location but our room was quite rundown. We had a 2-bedroom suite and there was visible dust on the curtains, the lightbulbs were all a different (strange to say, I know but it was noticeable), the shower curtains were ripped, and the couch and chair were nearly impossible to sit in.
We were there for a baby shower and used a conference room which was great!”
