Birch Forest Lodge-3 bedroom Cabin

Founded in 1932, Birch Forest Lodge is a small family run resort with clean, comfortable 2 & 3 bedroom cabins. We have the best beach in the area, well maintained rental boats, awesome sunsets, starry nights and a great lake for fishing.
The space
Newly remodeled, this very large 2 bedroom cabin has it all! Formerly a 3 bedroom cabin, the central bedroom has now been converted to a sitting room. The double bed has been replaced with a futon sofa. If you don’t need the extra bed, enjoy the sofa. If you have a larger group and need one more bed, the futon folds down to make one more double bed. Kitchen includes plenty of new oak cabinets and all new appliances including a dishwasher. Cabin 2 boasts a new bathroom. Bedrooms 1 has a queen bed and bedroom 2 has two single beds. This cabin features a large central sitting room in addition to the main living space. Cabin 2 is our largest 2 bedroom cabin. Cabin sleeps up to 6 people. As with all our cabins, cabin 2 guests have access to the canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards at no additional charge.

All cabins are non-smoking cabins and pet free. All cabins include dishes, cookware, glassware, silverware, a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven and refrigerator. Linens are also provided. Dish soap, toilet paper and garbage bags are supplied for you. We ask that you bring your own kitchen and bath towels, and washcloths as we do not provide them. All cabins have a picnic table and a charcoal barbecue grill outside

Guests not only get to enjoy their cabin, but they also have access to our natural sand beach, the playground, our kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle boards and more!
Other things to note
Cabin 2 is rented on a 3 night minimum during spring and fall seasons. During peak season cabin 2 is rented on weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. The 2016 Spring season begins the night on May 21 and runs till May 27. Summer season begins Memorial Day weekend on Saturday May 28th and runs till Friday August 19. The Fall season starts on Saturday August 20 and will run till early October.
