Quiet Hours: The Knolls complex is a peaceful retreat, so we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect our neighbors.

Parking: Free parking is available for guests, with designated spaces close to the condo.

Stairs: Since this is a penthouse unit, there are some stairs to access the condo.

Boat Slip: This unit does have a 10x24 boat slip available for a small fee. There is also a boat ramp on the property for smaller watercraft.

No Pets: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed in the condo.

No Smoking: This is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony, to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all.

Wi-Fi and Entertainment: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided, along with streaming services on the TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows.
