Upon booking your vacation you will receive our "FAMILY WELCOME LETTER" that includes lots of information on how to utilize our chef and entertainment, as well as advice as to where you will find our favorite place to rent a boat and jet skis from, where to launch your own boat, local grocery stores, restaurants & nightlife, gas stations, ice cream & frozen custard, liquor stores, pizza, local hot spots and of course where to golf, horseback rides, family fun centers, etc… And all of this is within minutes of the home!

Almost every bed has charging outlets w/ USB’s for keeping charged on either side. The TV’s are all ROKU with apps and all have long gaming cables attached. Wonderful Patio furniture and everything else you would expect a resort style vacation rental to offer and for you fishermen & women our dock is surrounded by crappie beds. Lots of great fishing right outside the house and it is NOT A STEEP WALK to the lake!

ALTHOUGH WE ARE NESTLED IN THE WOODS WITHIN THE PICTURESQUE RUNNING DEER COVE THERE IS ALWAYS THE POSSIBILITY OF ANIMAL WILDLIFE – OUR NEIGHBORS EXPECT YOU TO ACT RESPECTFUL TO EVERYONE & EVERYTHING WITHIN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO GARAGE AVAILABLE FOR OUR GUESTS. WE DO HAVE PLENTY OF ROOM FOR VEHICLES.
