”The water heater supposedly burst so we had no water to take a shower or go to the bathroom. No breakfast because we couldn’t trust the water source. The toilet in our room filled up with brown fluid. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth. The front door of the entrance into the building is filthy. I do expect some sort of refund as we had to leave to find elsewhere to stay, go to the bathroom and take a shower.”

”Good location, clean place, easy access. Couldn’t really stream anything on the TV, though, because it kept buffering. Also, the couch in the living room, which was a foldout bed, wasn’t particularly comfortable as a couch. It was just what we needed for the night though!”
