”Restaurant was very, very slow. Waitress was so apologetic but I never got my food until it was time to go. Just had a plain sandwich. It was good but I ate it in the car. It happens. There was a big plumbing problem in one of our rooms. This shouldn’t happen to a brand new build. There were a lot of front desk people but not overly friendly. Beautiful work environment they should be thrilled to have a job. Valets were OVER THE TOP FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!! Overall the issues were...

”The room was cleaned except for the floor feeling dirty and I encountered small spiders in the bathroom especially on the towels. The bedding was clean and very soft. The breakfast was a to go breakfast until you can get to a breakfast.”

”Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment we got there. Very good customer service. The room was nice and clean. It’s close to a lot of places and walking distance to restaurants which makes it nice since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot and we did valet parking. I’ll definitely be coming back and staying here!”

”I was there for a camp on LSU campus, it was very convenient. Plenty of places to eat close to hotel. The hotel was very nice and clean. The curtains in our room needed replacing, they were torn. The breakfast was good and the area was excellent, I wish this area was available for hanging out with family and friends. The staff answered any questions but were not friendly.”

”My family and friends were there for a race. We were on the 3rd floor. We had to get up early so by 9 we settled down. The people in the room next to us were loud and playing loud music. At 10:15 I went down to the desk. No resolution. At 10:30 I went back down, no resolution! I called at 10:45 and the resolution was to move me and my family to another room.
