An architect-designed industrial-style home in the Scandinavian style, built in 2016, with six-meter-high ceilings, large open spaces, and surfaces in oak, concrete, and glass. The home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with the subway just three minutes away and less than 20 minutes to downtown Oslo.



Large sliding doors open directly onto the yard, creating a natural connection between indoors and outdoors, even when it rains. The yard is large and flat, surrounded by a dense hedge, and the house enjoys sunlight from morning to evening.



On the roof of the house is a large rooftop terrace with a glass structure, several seating areas, and a hammock. The sun sets around 9:30 p.m. in the summer, and from here you can enjoy views of the starry sky as evening falls.



Downtown Bekkestua, with its shops and restaurants, is a ten-minute walk away, and the subway is just one stop away. In the area, there’s a small pond in the woods five minutes from the house, a jogging trail at Jarmyra, the Tryvann/Wyller ski slope, and beaches at Fornebu.
