There was a thoughtful welcome basket that we enjoyed.The location worked well for us, close to family, 40 min to Universal, and close to downtown Sanford.The property is very clean and has a cool aesthetic.It was well stocked with essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, kitchen supplies.There is a Publix just 10 min away.The use of the garage was a great bonus.We would stay here...

”Just a few suggestions for making it excellent.1. Place Floor Mats in bathrooms. It is dangerous stepping out of the shower on a bare floor since instructions requested that towels not be used on floor.2. Guest bathtub between two bedrooms may need plumbing maintenance. Shower water drains very slowly.3. Coffee Pot was dirty with encrusted burnt coffee in the bottom. Took some scrubbing to get it clean.4. Master Bedroom has lock with code. ”The pool was not available for use, was unclean, and the advertisement is showing the pool. The oven did not work and I don’t eat fried foods. The Television in the master bedroom did not work, the tub in the second bathroom was dirty and pillow case on one of the beds was dirty. Used soaps were stacked on the window sill of one of the bathrooms I took pictures. We had to put a lightbulb on the front , because the entire block was dark due to no working streetlights.
