Oosteroever Seaview is an elegant apartment located on the 7th floor, offering stunning panoramic views the moment you step into the open living space and kitchen. Large sliding windows and the spacious terrace allow for hours of gazing at the sea and magnificent sunsets—watching the view becomes an activity in itself.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, and combination oven. The kitchen island is the perfect spot to enjoy an aperitif while soaking in the sea view.

The apartment comfortably sleeps 6, with 3 double bedrooms. One bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, toilet, and double sink—pure luxury. A second bathroom with shower and single sink is also available. Beds are made upon arrival with high-quality linen, and towels are provided in the bathrooms.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €750. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

OTHER:
Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
