Excellent transport connections make it easy for you to explore the island’s highlights at any time of year, even without a car.



Villa “Waterkant” is located on the seaside of Baabe, only about 300 m from the gently sloping, fine sandy beach. Waldstraße runs parallel to Strandallee, so you enjoy a central yet peaceful setting. Restaurants, shops, beauty and wellness offers, bus and train (Rasender Roland) are all within 300 m.



Guests of Villa “Waterkant” can also use the outdoor area of House “Waterkant.” On 700 sqm, you’ll find a barbecue area with picnic benches, a play area for children, a table tennis table, and a bike carport.



All utilities, Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the price. The local visitor’s tax is payable on arrival. An optional bed linen and towel package is available for an extra charge.
