The spacious living/dining area features a high-quality LEICHT fitted kitchen with Siemens appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave, plus plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery. The dining table seats four, while the comfortable living area offers a large sofa, reading corner, Bluetooth stereo and 46-inch flat-screen TV. Large windows and terrace doors provide plenty of natural light and lovely garden views. Underfloor heating and high-quality flooring ensure a pleasant atmosphere.

The apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box-spring bed and a 32-inch Smart TV. Free Wi-Fi is included. Triple-glazed windows, sound insulation, solid doors and external blinds ensure peace and restful sleep.

There are two bathrooms, one en suite, both featuring walk-in rain showers, heated towel rails and hairdryers. A utility room provides storage space. A private underground parking space (No. 3; entrance height 2.00 m) is available.

Guests can enjoy the private sunny south-facing garden with sea views, terrace furniture and loungers. A covered bicycle garage with power sockets is also provided. The on-site sauna, washing machine and dryer are available for an additional fee.
