Huvilat – Ostuni

”I arrived to the city and was able to check in at the office which is in the center city not near the apartment. After the check in process was complete I was told the apartment was ready to check in. I was given directions and a map link to the apartment. Both were confusing and took through a long way with a lot of stairs and hills and brought to the wrong place. After finally getting to the apartment. I found it was really run down and dirty. And I went to take a shower and found the shower...

”Pros: Ruime woning met vriendelijke host.”

”Pros: Alles was aanwezig.”

”Pros: Het huis was heerlijk. Cons: Nvt”

”This is turned into a nightmare. First off the stove in the kitchen the door does not close and it’s being held on by a hair tie. The light on the oven was green, which usually means that it’s on. And then the gas burners started clicking like they were trying to light. The house was very cold and there were no extra blankets. After my son took a seven minute shower we are out of hot water for the night. There was no password for the Wi-Fi and when speaking to the host about trying to get that...

Tutto comunque risolvibile!”

”Pros: The kitchen and space directly outside made for lovely evening meals with the lighting turning the area into a magical space. The host was very kind and responsive doing all he could to make sure we enjoyed our stay Cons: The house was very new and there were clearly some things that needed finishing. We enjoyed cooking in the house but it could be incredible with a few additions. We would recommend the hosts live in it a little while to work out some of the practical things that might...

”The host was very attentive even before our arrival, offering to make us dinner when he heard we'd be arriving late. There were several things we wished for that the home did not offer, such as a toaster, some salt, an air fryer, and he brought these to us almost immediately. There were some problems with electrical outages due to a storm, and he was in communication and fixing problems as quickly as he could. The pool was very refreshing after long days with lots of walking exploring the Puglia...
