”Tämä motelli todella ylitti kaikki odotukseni. Todella siisti, puhdas ja tilava huone, joka siivottiin päivittäin ja jopa astiat tiskattiin. Lähellä yliopistoa, pieni kauppa vieressä ja kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta.”

”Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning. Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level ”

”This is a wonderful hotel but was very disappointed with the staff on check in. We arrived after 2pm, check in was 2pm, and the room wasn't ready. We sat in the foyer for almost an hour then when I approached the Duty Manager he me told the room had been ready for awhile. Clearly they hadn't noted that I was sitting in the foyer with a person in a wheelchair and approached us to say that the room was ready. Secondly in order to eat at the in-house restaurant we were made to go out in the cold...

”Parking was really good - easy access to room etc. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Convenient location to the shops in Mosgiel. The only observation i would make is that there is nowhere in the bathroom to stack your clean cloths when you have a shower. They could have done with a simple towel/cloths rack of even a little table. Regardless we had a lovely stay thank you”

”Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here.”
