”This is a must visit for anyone coming to Dunedin”

”This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.”

”Great location, good breakfasts (coffee could have been better). Room was small but very nice. Bed very comfortable. Old building so there is little sound insulation - can hear every movement in the hall/stairs from inside the room. Would have rather had a pot of good coffee vs there Nespresso machine that failed to deliver on any coffee variants I tried to make. ”

”Safe parking next to room. Contactless check in & check out so we never met the host. However, Serge replied promptly to my texts and explained check in procedure and readily accommodated late check because we had been delayed by rescheduled Ferry crossings, severe weather and heavy traffic. ”

”The kitchen was well equiped and parking was good and felt safe. Bed was king sized and comfortable. Television was not able to be switched on in the afternoon though. Didn't turn on until 5 pm.”
