”The property was lovely, only down fall was the fact it was single glazed and the road noise was quite loud at times.”

”This is a wonderful hotel but was very disappointed with the staff on check in. We arrived after 2pm, check in was 2pm, and the room wasn't ready. We sat in the foyer for almost an hour then when I approached the Duty Manager he me told the room had been ready for awhile. Clearly they hadn't noted that I was sitting in the foyer with a person in a wheelchair and approached us to say that the room was ready. Secondly in order to eat at the in-house restaurant we were made to go out in the cold...

”Manager Jason is really helpful and professional. Motel is comfortable overall. Facility is a bit old but do the job nicely. Location is perfect. Will consider to stay here again.”

”Motel was ok. My point of view is affected by a few very nice motels we have stayed in the previous nights. Motel was clean and room was spacious. Bathroom was ok, but I dont like shower curtains in hotels. Also after showering, the whole floor was wet and no means to dry it out. ”

”Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here.”
