”When you drive up to the lodge, you think "What did I book myself into?" But once you get inside everything is fine. The AC definitely works, and the room has everything you need. A train does run behind the motel, but doesn't go often and doesn't sound it's whistle. The shower was a bit basic but it worked. You have to drive downtown to find a restaurant.”

I think that this holiday park should either reduce the prices 50% or do a proper face lift to the rooms (or at least clean them up!!) And on the top of everything we needed to wash our own dishes. What an earth? I don't understand the price of the accommodation. With that price you should get more than a filthy room and self-service of washing dishes. The...

”Room was clean and facilities provided good. Good value for the price we paid. The staff team and owner were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Need a car to get to the caves, but these were then quite accessible. Generally all good, and would stay again.”

”We got the ship room, with balcony - quirky but very dated. The lower part of the boat is quite humid - at night you must close all windows unless you want milllion bugs in your room, so no way to sit outside and enjoy the stars but during the day the views are so pretty. Overall, fun for the kids , clean and ok for 1 night, expensive though ”

”The room was nothing like the photos, there were large stains on the floor. It wasn’t the cleanest. On the photos the carpet was newer and there was an aircon on the wall which seems to have been placed there for the photos. No smoke alarm and the tv had no channels. ”
