”As described”

”Clean, simple, easy. Just what we needed.”

”The hosts were very kind and the house was clean. I will say, it is not kid friendly. There is a large staircase to get into the house and no play area for kids. All the beds sit high off the ground and 2 of them are in the same room. It is great for adults and for not spending a lot of time in it. There is no tv, and only a pot and pan for cooking. This is also a guest house so the host lives right next door and are around during your stay. Again, they are very nice, just something to consider....

”House was listed as a 4 bedroom with office, in reality it’s a 3 bedroom with office. Was listed as 1 king bed in the master and 3 other bedrooms with queen beds. Reality one bedroom had 2 queens in it and the other was a single queen. Our group had to have someone sleep on an air mattress because there wasn’t enough beds. House was absolutely gross. Walking bare foot on the ground made our feet black with dirty, dead gnats& spider webs everywhere and nicotine seeping out of the crown molding in...

”Great getaway location. The home is very nice! Great central location to CDA. Very quiet. Very well appointed. Anything you would need this home has it. All you really need to bring is whatever you want to eat/drink and yourself. Great pet friendly home as well. Will try to book again next time we visit CDA.”

”The house worked really well for 12 of us and we didn’t even use One of the bedrooms. The listing doesn’t say that there is a basement, but there is. two of the bedrooms are down there and a small kitchen. The space works nicely for large groups With two refrigerators. The backyard was great for the two-year-old we had with us. She loved playing on the swingset and with the soccer balls and net. We love the games also and played a couple of nights and the barbecue grill worked great. There were...

”My cousin and I had a great stay at this property! It was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the house was comfortable! The location was fantastic, in a beautiful neighborhood, just a few blocks from the lake. I enjoyed hiking on the nearby lakeside trail. There are great restaurants nearby. The owners were friendly, responsive, and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!”

”Great location for visiting family in town. We loved the Natural Market within walking distance too.”

”The rental was great for our family. We especially liked being able to put our vehicle in a garage during our stay and appreciated the host's efforts for alleviating the poor air quality by including an air purifier in the living room. Communication and signage at the property helped with tech and such.”

”Appreciated all the extra’s ie snacks, chargers in each bedroom, Klenix boxes. Only downside was window ac units but it was nice to have them.”

”Bill was a great host. Got back to me right away and was very helpful and friendly.”

”Everything was perfect, if I had anything I could say I wish was better it would just be I wish the host was a little easier to get a hold of. The barbecue was not ready but they did bring it to us. Super cute little place.”
