”This was a unique property to stay at for our Japan trip. The property was beautiful and was definitely an experience I recommend. Staff was so helpful when first arriving. They try their best to explain things, especially with a language barrier for myself. The hospitality was exceptional. Would recommend anyone to stay here. A little far of a walk from the main station with luggage so maybe a take a taxi. And have them take you to the check-in area instead of the property itself.”

”Everything was fine. We never met any staff; however, staffs were very prompt in responding to messages. Room was super clean. Washroom was super clean too. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Although no staff was present, a phone number is given for emergency. I hope it works well and conversation can be made in English. The location is excellent. Overall, very satisfied.”

”The property is located about 5 minutes from the train station. Is also situated near restaurants and stores. The Laundry room is a big help for long stays. Staff are not on the property from 10am to 3pm. You can call them by using the reception desk. It does not offer housekeeping, and you have to pay the city taxes separately from your booking. Overall the Hotel is a good place for the price and location.”

”The area was very quiet which was nice but did mean it was a bit of a walk to the nearest shop. The check-in process was all automated and quite straightforward but be aware that the emails are sent in Japanese and I had to pop these in a translation app. The building is small but the room was a generous size. The place is slightly dated but very clean. ”

”Check-in was a bit of a problem as it's a non-staffed property and neither Expedia nor the hotel itself had sent me the necessary information for self check-in in advance. The property is very chic and posh, yet it is a bit dusty at some places. No TV provided; all is well otherwise. ”
