What is unique anoit this hotel is that every time you have to go up to your room via the elevator you have to enter your six character room number. I can see having the code needed to enter the building but to use it in an elevator is really inconvenient. Seems to be security obsessive and I guess management was sold a bill of goods by some security company: Fact is that sny potential criminal worth his grain of salt would do what I did several times: I was able to get to any floor without entering room key numbers by simply enter an elevator that already had a passenger in it and just waited for them to enter a number. I found I was not alone being inconvenienced needlessly by your policy. Several guests expressed the same frustration I did.
