”No luggage carts on arrival”

”Even though I requested to clean the room . It never did. Breakfast was as expected”

”Everything was great except the room and bathroom was not as clean as I expected.”

”The room was nice. Breakfast was okay. Staff seemed polite enough. Most of my disappointment comes from the pool/whirlpool area. The entire left side of the pool/whirlpool area was walled off with webs of caution tape. And the pool water itself was cloudy and uninviting. There was garbage, used cups, shaker bottles littering the room but I was the only one in it. The whole vibe of it felt "Unsafe" I will be honest I'd probably never stay at this hotel again. I wonder if one of the others...

”Starting to see this a most RF's. The room curtains need to be cleaned. It's a filter over a air system that sucks in any smoker outside and sends it through the curtains. Room smells like a smoke room. The rooms get cleaned but not the 6 year old curtains.”

”The room & building was clean - but there was no shampoo in the shower, no supplies near the coffee maker. Small things, but it seemed difficult to get things taken care of. Also not what you expect with a Hilton stay.”

”Do not stay here!! There is a "gentlemen's club" next door. Cars in the parking lot had broken windows. Looked like someone trying to break into them. In the 24 minutes we were there, we saw at least 3 very questionable people who I'm guessing worked at the gentleman's club. After checking in and walking to the room, I walked back to the front desk, turned in my room keys, and left. Did not get my refund for the $100 it cost me, but that's a sacrifice I was willing to make. Avoid this...

”You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave.”

”Overall very nice stay. Front desk staff was cheerful and pleasant, check in was a breeze. The room was nice and clean but no microwave. We were there as a family with 2 kids so visiting the pool was a top reason I chose this hotel. First off, the pool room is nice and warm, lots of seating too. Unfortunately there were no towels so I had to go to the front desk in my bathing suit and ask for some. Also, there were trash items some other people left behind on one of the tables and some stray...

”There are no coffee pots in your room. I'm assuming owner... is not friendly at all. Customer service skills are horrible and not friendly. The only thing good about this place is there a place to rest your head. Spend a little bit more money and get a better hotel with better quality, cleanliness, and staff. All I ever see is one person here so I don't know what "staff" they're asking about. The rooms are disgusting. I literally had to wipe everything down myself and there was still filth...
