”The people were very nice and tried to be helpful. The thermostat wasn’t working properly. They sent someone to fix it but it didn’t work. They offered to change rooms but it was late and we had an early checkout. Though very stylish, the room didn’t have drawers for our clothes. The really big benefit is the proximity to the airport. We paid an extra $100 dollars for that because we had to be at the airport at 4:30 am. They had a partial opening four months ago and we feel that they are still...

”This was the most pleasurable experience! From check in, to helping me up the stairs to my room, ensuring the room temp and TV were set and calling to check in if I needed anything. Rebecca made my experience so enjoyable and really delivered on above and beyond customer service. The hotel has a great breakfast spread and inviting dining area. The outdoors have manicured lawns and flowers. And the views out back - watch for the sunset!”
