”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. ”Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. ”

”The hotel is within walking distance to the city center. This didn't bother us, but it's worth setting aside time for the 20-minute transition. The breakfast is really good and a strong recommendation for it! The outdoor pool is closed in winter. The small spa inside is atmospheric and does its job well. The hotel rooms were clean and the beds were good. The minibar's selection is poor, and since the hotel does not have a restaurant, it is recommended to bring something to snack on”

”Nice hotel for one night stay in Alsace area. Hotel is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and nice little village with good restaurants. Some of the spaces in hotel aren't the most finest ones (example toilets are quite ugly, but not messy) but overall we had nice stay at Val-Vignes.”
