”Very good location for a pit stop on a Great Ocean Road drive with only a short drive to many of the highlights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped having also some basic spices, canola oil etc. Although we stayed at one of the suites, the place had a nice cottage-like feel to it, and the surroundings really beautiful with all the flowers, the windmill and the country-side around it.”

”Mitch and Jess’s property was excellent and only 15-20 mins to Warnambool or Port Fairy and about an hour drive to 12 Apostles. Comfy bed, clean property and communicative host. Would definitely book again in future. ”

”It’s a very pretty cottage. I personally think Garry and Sharyn did an amazing job to upkeep and maintain the condition of the property, given it was built back in 1800s. We stayed at Maids Quarter, which is 2 bed, separate kitchen, lounge room, and bathroom, very spacious and well equipped. The atmosphere is quiet and idyllic. Would like to come back for longer stay.”

”Had a great couple of days away from home, was really nice to sit out on the deck and enjoy the country landscape! A short drive to Port Fairy or Warrnambool, and it was dog friendly! ”

”This is not worth the cost. It is basically a farm stay surrounded by introduced trees with the faint smell of cow dung and the sound of gun shots. It may be near beautiful native trees of the Otways, but they are not accessible. The property map provided is out of date and access to the waterfalls hasn't been maintained. Be prepared for long arduous walks and rock climbing to access them. We stayed for a week on daily rates but had no top up of supplies. We had to supply our own soap, bin...

”Poor value for money. Many things did not work. Wood heater had no wood. Told not to use it .”
