This Hotel was closed!!!!
I arrived at this so called hotel to find it closed and all doors locked... My partner booked it earlier on that day and took full payment....How can this be allowed to happen HOTELS . COM....SHOCKING...I await your actions!!!!

good stopover
the hotel is well situated to catch the ferry and is quiet. the lack of private parking is a concern : you can park in a public area just accross the road .Prices are good.the rooms are comfortable and spacious.the stall is friendly. the restaurant attached to the hotel serves reasonably priced good meals.

Chambre simple, calme et très correcte pour le prix. Rien à redire. Le restaurant était parfait même si le temps entre les plats était un peu long mais excusable puisque soirée st Valentin et resto complet. Très bon et assiette bien garnie. Petit déjeuner très bien garni....top ! A refaire

Good value but iffy parking
You get what you pay for, spoilt for us as while we were in our van in the car park opposite, 2 youths of ethnic origin attempted to climb into the van via the rear door. Very scary but luckily no harm done

We only stay as a stopover but bed is clean and comfortable and have own bathroom etc. Good value for the price. Food in the restaurant is excellent and we are always welcomed.

Convenient from the ferry
Before arriving we informed the hotel that we would be arriving outside the regular check-in times (around 10pm) and requested a late check-in which worked really well. The hotel is very convenient for the ferry port being less than 5 minutes from passport control with free public parking available opposite. The room itself was basic but clean with a comfortable bed. We would definitely re-book if we’re in need of a night’s stay after getting off the ferry.

Il faudrait donner un coup de rénovation sur les équipements ; portes, abattant wc et peut etre voir les canalisations car il y a une odeur legere dans les chambres. Sinon personnel charmant et hôtel agréable.

the hotel is in a convenient place for the ferry.the staff is friendly.the room was comfortable and quiet,which is important to me.I had everything I needed.the bathroom was well designed And having a separate toilet was a good extra facility.I was warm in my room The meal in the restaurant was delicious and very good value for money;the waiter was very pleasant.

We have stayed here several times in the past ,the night before getting early ferry to UK, the hotel is now looking run down and the WiFi was useless, will definitely look at other hotels nearby

Personnel tres bien. Petit Déjeuner correct. On arive à se garer sur des places non payantes, mais l'hotel n'a pas de parking. L'hotel est "dans son jus" Odeur de vieux et parfois de moisi. Notre chambre: problème de ventilation et évacuation des eaux. Très mal isolée : on a pu suivre la conversation de notre voisin au téléphone. Par contre, pas cher(54). Pour 2 nuits, ca va. Il n'aurait pas fallu plus.

Pour un passage express, ça peut convenir...
Chambre pas chère ( la 13), et toute proche du ferry, c'est ce que l'on voulait. De ce côté là c'était OK. Chambre au second, paw d'ascenseur, valises extra lourde, pas de proposition d'aide, pas trop de sourire à l'accueil non plus d'ailleurs. Chambre correcte pour qui aime le très vieillot et la tapisserie en fibre de verre gris uni. Salle de bain propre au demeurant mais bien déglinguée par contre. Douche d'un autre age, carreaux disjoints, pommeau de douche capricieux, barre de serviette de toilette fixée... heu.. non fixée donc par terre, distributeurs de savon années 90 vides et hors d'usage ( faut les enlever patron, ça rajoute à la liste !), bref, pas vraiment envie de s'éterniser. Une nuit en dépannage et c'est tout. Heureusement que nous avons bénéficié d'une dernière minute internet, sans quoi, jeter 76 € dans une chambre comme celle là nous aurait fait très mal au moral. Le bord dd mer ne doit pas être prétexte à rackett de touriste.

Stayed here overnight after ferry. Arrived 10pm and hotel staff very efficient and nice room for our family, 2 adults and 2 children. Easy to park right outside hotel. Quiet location.

One night in May
Good location for morning ferry is the reason we booked ,but I’ll not use again as requires a full refurb of the room, reception area foody smell, thin dividing walls, and could hear conversations, toilet , showering in next rooms. Good side was WiFi , decent linen and reasonable cost of room.
