”Als wir im Hotel ankamen hatten sie unsere Reservierung nicht erhalten. Wir mussten ca 2 Stunden teure telefonate führen. Wir mussten die Summe vor Ort noch einmal bez und E-bookers erstattete unser Geld zurück. Die Zimmer waren kaum Gereinigt, böden gar nicht, im Badezimmer waren weder Handtücher noch wc papier. Als wir reklamieren wollten war während Stunden NIEMAND im Hotel. Wir waren auch die ganze Zeit die einzigen Gäste. Zum Nachtessen konnten wir am ersten Abend nicht dort essen weil die...

”It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete. ”L'endroit est fantastique. Les hôtes sont chaleureux et tellement attentionnés. La vue est spectaculaire. Nous avions deux galeries pour profiter de l'extérieur. Le lit est propre, très grand et confortable. Nous avons bien mangé. L'ambiance du souper, avec le feu de bois et les chandelles, est très féérique. Les déjeuners sont complets. Le seul petit soucis était que la douche avait du mal à s'égoutter. Nous avons été si charmés que souhaitons y retourner. bientôt. ”

”I enjoyed myself at this quiet nice place and decided to stay another night. My room was amazing and truely had 5 star vibes, both of them because I had to change to stay longer, descreet air difusers make everything smell amazing and breakfast is very good. ”

”I only wish we had stayed longer. The views are superb and the food was great. Mohammed who works here was very kind and helpful. The location in the middle of Tamatert village is either one of the reasons to choose this riad or a reason not to go there, it depends on your plans. It's not located in Imlil.”

”Great place, though A hike from nearest village. Friendly service. Clean accommodations given remote location. Mattresses hit and miss. We had four mattresses and one felt like it was stuffed with sand. ”

”Our overall experience was positive. The pool suite provided beautiful and tranquil accommodation with our own pool. The room did not unfortunately have AC and with 40c temperatures it was relatively hot also inside. Comparing the experience and the room with other accommodation we had in Morocco, the stay was luxurious but overpriced. The hotel provided us with transfer from Marrakech (€70) and with a day-trip to Setti Fatma (€140), which were of good quality but nevertheless a little bit...

”The “riad” is located on the outskirts of Marrakech, so it’s really quiet and calming. The property is beautiful. A great place to relax and enjoy the serenity after spending a day in the hustle and bustle. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is wonderful. Will definitely stay again. ”
